The Office Team
The CT Comm Customer Service and Sales Representatives are constantly looking out for all of our customers—residential and business. This team works hard to educate customers on the services we provide and the best way(s) to apply for service to be installed. Once installed, our Customer Service and Sales Representatives will work hard to help you understand your first bill, upgrade your services, and get you to our troubleshooters for any issues you experience. CT Comm Customer Service and Sales Representatives are available in the office Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. They accept phone calls, answer email inquiries and can work with you face-to-face over the counter or by scheduled appointment.
Install and Repair Technicians
The Field Team
With over 100 years combined experience, the CT Comm Install and Repair Technicians have seen many changes in technology over the years—this has only helped them become better at troubleshooting problems that arise in the field. From phone, to DSL internet, to Fiber, there are few things the CT Comm Install and Repair Technicians haven’t seen, and even fewer that they haven’t been able to fix! Install and Repair Technicians come out to install internet and phone services and to troubleshoot problems if they arise. They are known to be knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly.
The Network Team
CT Comm takes your Internet service seriously. From checking Facebook, to paying your bills, or running your business, the internet has become a staple in everyone’s life and CT Comm relies on these Internet Technicians to make your world go ‘round—these Internet Technicians are knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting, PC questions, and modem or wifi issues. Several of our Internet techs make house calls to help troubleshoot problems and can work on malware (virus) infected PCs when they are brought to the CT Comm office.
